Gameplay

In Sorry Bob, players must complete surgical procedures within a time limit while keeping patients alive. The main objective often involves removing or replacing organs, such as performing a heart transplant. Players control each finger individually using the keyboard keys, while the mouse moves and rotates the surgeon's hand.

A health bar shows the patient's blood level. The surgery will fail if clumsy mistakes or rough handling result in excessive blood loss. Time pressure forces players to balance speed and accuracy, creating tense but also humorous moments in the game.
